Our execuitive head chef Mr Tony Borthwick has recently just joined the Rocca family, formally chef propriator of The Plumed Horse in Edinburgh, adn Scottish Chef of The Year 2005, Tony has gained Michelin status on two occasions, first in 2001 and regained in 2006 after a move of property.
